DURING YOUR SESSION
Each session begins with a thorough intake discussion to review health history, determine areas of pain or dysfunction, assess posture & range of motion, and create a treatment plan to meet your goals. The time booked begins when we start the massage, giving us the full 30, 60, or 90-minute session on the table to address your areas of concern. We review our findings with you after each session, make note of how your body responded to the work, and suggest a treatment plan specific to your issues and goals.
We offer our clients education on anatomical structure, function & dysfunction, and empower them to take a proactive approach to their overall health and wellness through a combination of massage & bodywork therapy and self-care.
Most of our clients utilize massage and bodywork therapy as a part of their health and wellness routine and return regularly to maintain lower levels of stress and pain, prevent injury, and improve mobility. We may suggest a treatment plan ranging from twice a week to every six weeks depending on your goals.
LATE POLICY:
Please plan to arrive 5-minutes early and contact us by phone or text if you expect to be late. You will have a 5-minute grace period after which you may experience a shortened session. You will be responsible for the full price of the scheduled session.
If you are more than 15-minutes late and we have not heard from you, we will consider you a no show and send you an invoice for the full amount of the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments, including those made with Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Discount Package sessions. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us by phone or text and we will reply to confirm receipt of your message. Please do not send cancellations by e-mail.
You are responsible for 50% of the scheduled service price if notice is received within 24-hours and up to 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. If your appointment was booked using a gift certificate or a pre-paid discount package session, it will be decreased by 50%.
You are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price if notice is received within 30 minutes of your appointment time or if you do not show up for your appointment. If your appointment was booked using a gift certificate or a pre-paid discount package session, it will be forfeited.
An invoice will be emailed to the address on file. All cancellation fees need to be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment.
